The basic form of programmed fountain utilises the repeat sequencer
as seen on our Solo, Duet and Pyramid fountains, powered by one, two
or up to eight pumps respectively.

Dynamic water features are programmed into our Magic Box™ fountain
controller for simple push button choice.

Larger displays with complex programmed sequences are encoded in-house
or on-site with our master DMX computer so that virtually any effect can
be realised.

BiCYCLE control sequencers are provided for our SOLO and DUET fountains
with adjustable cycle and speed timers, plus manual height controls. The two
pumps in the Duet work in opposition. The larger central jet rises whilst the
outer ring of jets falls and visa versa until the power is removed.

These fountains are supplied with up to 25 jets powered by one or two
variable speed pumps together with five coloured low voltage spotlights.
The self-contained fountain rig may be placed within an existing water
feature or supplied complete with a fibreglass pool.

The PYRAMID controller is an eight step digital sequencer with variable cycle
timing and controls for the rise and fall times of up to eight individual jet sets
plus provision for our interactive movement sensors; VIROBEAM, PLAYBEAM
and VIDEOBEAM.

Our MAGIC BOX™ fountain software programme and replay unit is ideally
suited for those clients who require an exciting programmed fountain with a
degree of choice at a reasonable price.

We will programme to your requirements and then leave the MAGIC BOX™
replay unit on site. It will control up to thirty pumps and lights via a single
cable to our power dimmer packs.

Select up to 15 continuous animated sequences or static "scenes" with our
mini keypad or let the timer/sequencer take the strain - it is your choice.
Radio controlled handset available.

Larger complex sequences are programmed in-house and on-site with our
master DMX encoder. For example; Mexican waves, low ripples, zig-zag
chases, see-saw and various patterns may cycle throughout the day whilst
a children's programme option could play games with surprise events
culminating in all the jets pulsating and splashing out towards the spectators.
The result is a dynamic display of effective, smooth and continuous moving
water "scenes".

The final programme is downloaded into memory storage for replay on site via
push buttons, soundtrack cues or sensor devices together with time
clock/event sequencers for repeat daily presentations.

Magic Fountains design and build custom software and hardware to control
the fountain and lighting systems plus integrating them with external real
time sensors such as photocells, anemometers and water level controls. All
shapes and styles of jet sets can be designed to order together with
matching underwater lighting systems from low voltage halogen fittings to
the latest LED multicolour lamps.

We can also provide DMX based fountain control systems that are programmed
and adjusted from standard lighting control desks or architectural Ethernet
based systems.

The DMX protocol together with associated time code allows water displays
to interface with other mixed - media equipment such as video projection,
advertising audio inserts, fire plumes, pneumatic fountain movers, bubbles,
laser and intelligent lighting systems.
